Can your ceramics go in the dish washer? 

- They can, however, we recommend to hand wash 

Can your ceramics go in the microwave?

- yes

What happens if my order Is damaged in the post? 

- We package our items as best as possible, however, accidents sometimes do happen. In this case, please get into contact with us via wheelygoodceramics@gmail.com and we can either give a refund or post out another item (if stock allows) 

 

Do you take commissions? 

- Yes! however, commission slots aren't always available. We send out an email, and make announcements on our social media to let people know when we are accepting commissions again. 

 

How long do commissions take? 

- This depends on a variety of factors, but we give a time line of up to 8 weeks. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

- Yes! we only post via tracked shipping too, so you can track your parcel along the way. On average your parcel will reach you in 7 days. But please allow longer due to customs and unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Will I have to pay customs and other import duties? 

- we are not responsible for the duties that you may incur from ordering internationally and so it is best to research what fees you may be liable to pay before ordering as every country is different! 

 

When do you update stock?

- we haven't got a schedule really, so make sure you are signed up to the mailing list!

 

How long does international delivery take?

- This varies quite a lot as it can depend on how speedy your order makes its way through customs as well as what day your order was posted. We use Royal Mail, and with experience have found that on average to the US it can take as little as 4 days, and to somewhere farther away like the Australia it is about 10 days. However, it's best to just to assume it will arrive in between 7-10 days. 

 

What do I do if my parcel gets lost?

- please get into contact with us, and we will contact our courier and try find out what's happened. If it has been marked as lost and not just delayed on their end, then we can issue a refund. But we cannot mark it as lost and issue a refund until 25 days has passed since it was due to arrive. 

 

What if I'm not in when my parcel was due to be delivered? 

- if you have missed the initial delivery and the redelivery attempts, usually your parcel is taken to your local delivery office. If it is unclaimed for the parcel will then be sent back to us. Once we receive it we can issue a refund for the ceramics cost, but not the original postage fee.
