These terms apply to all users of our site. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

We ship within the UK and internationally.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Delivery times may vary; more information on this can be found on our FAQ page.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To arrange a return, email us at Olivia@wheelygoodceramics within 14 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty:
- Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics:

Slight variations in colour, shape, and size may occur.
Small imperfections are part of the character of handmade items.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately via descriptions and photos, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
